How to Confirm an Order?

You can confirm your order in either of the following ways:

1. By Work Order:

Send us a work order specifying the required product, quantity, agreed price, and other relevant order details. The work order should be issued from your organization/institute to Porichoy Printing Service.

2. By Advance Payment:

Alternatively, you can confirm your order by making an advance payment of BDT 500. Upon receiving the advance payment, your order will be considered confirmed..

How Can I Review the Design and Submit the Required Data?

Design:

You can share your preferred design with us via WhatsApp. If you do not have a design, you can also ask us to share our available designs. We have a wide range of designs to choose from. If any corrections or changes are required, we can review and finalize the design through WhatsApp.

Data Submission:

You can provide the required information in any of the following ways:

• Hard Copy: Send the documents/information to us by courier.

• Soft Copy: Share the files with us via WhatsApp or Email.

• Online Form: We can provide you with a link to an online form. Simply open the link, fill in the required information, and submit the form. The information will be automatically received by our team.

How Can I Make the Payment and Receive My Product?

Once your product is ready, we will send it to you through a courier service to the delivery address provided by you.

The courier will deliver the product directly to your office/address. You can make the payment to the courier representative at the time of delivery and receive your product.

The production time may vary depending on the type, quantity, design, and specifications of the product. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time when confirming your order.

You do not need to make any advance payment or take the risk of paying before receiving the product.
